Appearance: Medium gold color;

Nose: Honey, mango, ripe yellow apples, Meyer lemon, ripe peach;

Taste: Substantial body, medium plus acid, chewy phenolic texture. Very well fruit-acid balanced. Long effusive finish;

An enjoyable example of Roussanne that will pair with a variety of foods including pork, chicken, white-fleshed fish, and lobster.
