by Andrew Chalk

Appearance: Intense opaque ruby. Bright, clear.

Nose: Bacon, tobacco, smoke, plum,

Palate: Medium acid, soft chewy tannins, savory flavors, chewy, open fruit, raspberry;

Overall: Impressive Central Coast syrah. This is grown on the winery’s own vineyards. Sinor-La Vallée is the product of Mike Sinor and his wife.
