The annual list is determined using more than 10 million verified OpenTable diner reviews and dining metrics collected between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026. Restaurants are selected based on a combination of guest ratings, the percentage of five-star reviews and other dining performance metrics.

Stillwell's joins just nine Texas restaurants to earn a place on this year's list and is one of only two Dallas restaurants recognized.
