Dallas Chef Goes National...

Let's give credit to Dallas chefs who get national attention. The weekend pages of the Wall Street Journal are some of the most expensive real estate in food land and Donny Sirisavath, owner and founder of of Khao Noodle Shop, has filled it three times this month. I don't know any other Dallas chef who has done that.
